The ultraviolet rays include the UVA band (320 nm to 380 nm), the UVB band (280 nm to 320 nm), and
the UVC band (200 nm to 280 nm). UVA band is mainly used in light curing, lithography exposure,ultraviolet
light source, integrated circuit lithography and other industries; UVC band, also known as short-wave sterilization
UV. Ultraviolet germicidal lamps emit UVC short-wave ultraviolet rays. The FTIU500 Dual Band UV Irradiometer
is a UV irradiometer that can test different wavelengths. The digital probe is used, the plug-in design,and the
instrument intelligently judges the model of the probe. At the same time, different UV probes can be supported.



■Wide range of applications: for different industries, there are 2 different types of probes, covering
high pressure mercury lamps and UV LED curing power, energy detection。

■Automatic identification: The FTIU500 dual-band UV irradiator uses a digital probe, plug-in design, and the
automatically determines the probe model. At the same time, it can support 2 different UV probes (high
pressure mercury lamp and UV LED curing power, energy detection)

■Simple operation: When the probe is connected, the host will automatically configure it and start the test.
The detector settings and algorithms are compressed into the probe without the need to enter new
programs and calibration factors.


■Remote use: Through a 1m long cable, it is convenient to measure when the specified location is not
available. The instrument probe has a built-in small magnet for easy measurement and positioning.
■Data record: 9 sets of measurement data can be saved. Press the lock button during measurement
to save both the maximum and current values during the measurement. And the shutdown data is
still saved (except for removing the battery).

■Anti-jamming capability: The amplified portion of the signal has been made in the metal box of the detector.
The signal is transmitted to the host via a cable that has a protective function. The probe uses a dedicated
test probe with a correction filter to eliminate the effects of other light.
■ Ultra-low power consumption: The instrument automatically shuts down after 3 minutes without any operation,
avoiding the loss of battery power after forgetting the shutdown after the measurement, and protectingthe
service life of the instrument.
