First, ultraviolet energy affects the deepening of ultraviolet radiation. The main condition is that the molecule must absorb the photon quantum to become an exciting molecule with sufficient energy and decompose into free radicals or ions, so that the unsaturated organic substances can be polymerized, grafted, crosslinked and other chemical reactions, in order to achieve the curing purpose, the ultraviolet ray of the photoinitiator of the UV coating can provide more or less energy needed. In quantities, it is known as a "photoinitiator" to ensure complete curing, and the scientific and rational supply of energy is normal compared to the required energy. I don't know that photoinitiators need ultraviolet radiation and blindly over-supply. This method not only wastes energy, but also leads to excessive negative effects of curing, such as bursting and anti-curing reaction. The lack of ultraviolet light energy, ultraviolet energy must be moderate, that is, not too much and can not be used, has been prevented completely cured. Secondly, the thickness of UV coating plays an important role in the influence of the thickness of UV curing lamp coating. The coating is too thick and the irradiation time of the same power source is relatively long. On the one hand, it will affect the drying of UV coating, on the other hand, it will cause the substrate to be deformed and the coating is too thin, which will lead to the poor gloss of the product surface. Another kind of UV coating thickness, such as color, temperature and curing speed, needs to be properly deployed under different conditions.
 
Secondly, the treatment distance affects the curing effect. According to different curing matrix, the average distance is about 10 - 15 cm. Low distance may lead to thermal deformation of the substrate; high distance, low ultraviolet energy, dry adherence of the substrate surface, curing distance must be related to the base plate, paint, light source power and other appropriate adjustments.
 
Thirdly, according to the influence of curing speed on the base material, coating and curing distance, the curing speed of the equipment should be adjusted appropriately. The curing speed is too fast, and the UV coating on the floor surface is sticky or dry; the operation is slow, and the floor surface will be aging.
 
Fourthly, the influence of working environment on UV curing lamp coating should adjust the indoor temperature due to the change of viscosity with temperature. Generally, 15-25 C is more suitable, and attention should be paid to printing can not be exposed to direct sunlight.
