What is the difference between UV and illuminometer?

UV illuminometer and illuminometer are both instruments to measure the intensity of light, but UV illuminometer measures the intensity of ultraviolet light, while illuminometer measures the intensity of visible light. It seems that the names are similar, but the functions are quite different.
Ultraviolet irradiation meter is also called ultraviolet irradiation meter. Its units are mainly mW/cm2 or uW/cm2. According to the band of ultraviolet radiation, it can be divided into UVA, UVB, UVC and so on. Different bands of ultraviolet radiation are used in different occasions. For example, ultraviolet radiation in the UVC band is mainly used for sterilization, ultraviolet radiation in the UVB band is used for skin disease treatment, and ultraviolet radiation in the UVA band is used for curing. Therefore, the choice of UV illumination timing should also be based on the wavelength of the light source.
The illuminometer is an instrument used to measure luminosity and brightness. The unit is Lux. It is mainly used in public places such as illumination detection, lighting production, photography, stage lighting arrangement and so on.
Futansi produces ultraviolet irradiator, ultraviolet energy meter, ultraviolet energy meter, light source irradiance meter, energy tester and ultraviolet photometer.
