One of the reasons is that the longer the UV LED beads are used, the more attenuated they will be.

Analysis of the second reason: insufficient air cooling

 

 

 

Solution: Drainage ventilation duct, cleaning fan and wind wheel debris

 

 

 

The third reason is that the power supply voltage is too low.

2. Excessive temperature in use of equipment

 

 

 

One of the reasons: poor heat dissipation

 

 

 

Solution: Check whether the fan is working properly and dust accumulation at the fan is removed.

 

 

 

The second reason is that the equipment is exposed to high light intensity for a long time.

 

 

 

Solution: In general, if long time high light intensity irradiation is needed, water-cooled UV LED curing machine is recommended, which has better heat dissipation effect.
