With the expanding application of UVLED curing machine, some friends who have not contacted UVLED before have begun to consult about the information of UVLED light source. Many of them are not clear about the problem of UVLED band and which band of curing machine their products are suitable for. In fact, the common bands of UVLED are 400, 395, 390, 385, 380, 375, 365, 310 and 254 nm, among which the commonly used bands of UVLED curing machine are 365-395 nm.

In uvled, the ultraviolet light in 365 nm band belongs to pure ultraviolet light output, and monochrome light does not contain infrared ray, which avoids the influence of radiation beyond 350 nm to 400 nm. The UVled curing machine with 365 nm band can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the irradiated workpiece because it does not contain infrared and thermal radiation. It is very suitable for process applications requiring low temperature, high precision and minimum thermal deformation, such as optical lens assembly, and the band of curing UV glue is 365 nm.

 

 

 

It should be noted that if UVLED curing machine is used to cure UV glue, not only the band, light intensity, irradiation area and other issues need to be considered, but also the matching between the curing machine and glue. Some brands of curing machine have poor matching with glue, and the curing effect is not ideal. At present, UVLED curing machine has high matching degree to many UV glue, including AVENTK, Deluxe, Triple Bond, Damascus, Letai and other brands.
