The circuit board is the base plate for the installation and connection of modern electrical appliances and an important basic assembly in the electronic industry. With the rapid progress of science and technology, electronic products are developing towards the direction of small, light, thin, high-performance and multi-functional. The production of circuit board is also developing towards the direction of high precision, high density, multi-layer and small area. Therefore, the high resolution and high reliability of materials used in UV curable circuit board will be required more and more.

 

 

 

UV curable materials have the advantages of low energy consumption, solvent-free emission, safety and no environmental pollution; fast curing speed, high production efficiency, suitable for assembly line production; excellent curing coating performance; small equipment volume, small floor area, low investment, etc., which are especially suitable for the production of circuit board.

 

 

 

UV curing materials used in circuit board production are mainly as follows:

 

 

 

(1) making screen graphics: dichromate photoresist, nylon photoresist, diazo photoresist, etc.

 

 

 

(2) for anti-corrosion or electroplating: photo fixing anti-corrosion (or electroplating) ink, anti-corrosion (or electroplating) dry film, photo imaging anti-corrosion (or electroplating) ink, electrodeposition photoresist.

 

 

 

(3) for resistance welding: light solid resistance welding ink, dry film for resistance welding and light imaging resistance welding ink.

 

 

 

(4) for character marking: light fixed character ink
