1. Apply the UV glue evenly to the outside of one component, then close the other component, place it on the shelf and wait for UV curing. When operating, it should not press hard and rub repeatedly where it needs to be bonded. If the assembled product is easy to move and slide after gluing, it can be pre-fixed with 8-15S illuminated by black lamp tube and then cured by UV light. 2. UV Curing

 

 

Place the bonded components evenly on the surface of the curing machine, close the curing machine (to prevent light leakage), and turn on the UV curing machine. When illuminating, we should go from the center to the periphery, and confirm that the light can penetrate into the bonding part, illuminate about 6S, locate initially, and then re-illuminate the remaining glue on the component until it is completely cured. 。

 

 

Note: Temperature also has a slight effect on the activity of glue. Curing time should be prolonged properly when temperature is low. When plastic is bonded, the content of ultraviolet absorbent in plastic should be taken into account. Higher content will seriously affect the transmittance of ultraviolet rays, thus having a significant impact on the curing efficiency of glue, even leading to glue failure. Solidification.

 

 

3. The mode of occurrence of ultraviolet (UV).
