UV curing equipment has also undergone continuous research and development and improvement process. The main production technology of mercury lamp irradiation has been used for a long time. When DUIY = 1/5 (preparation time = 5 irradiation time = 1), the service life of LED mode is 30-40 times as long as that of mercury lamp mode. It reduces the time of replacing the bulb: it improves the production efficiency, but also saves energy. When the traditional mercury lamp curing equipment works, because the slow start and close of the mercury lamp affect the lamp life, it must always be lit, which not only causes unnecessary power consumption, but also shortens the working life of the mercury lamp.
