Detect whether UV glue is completely cured
source:未知 date: 2019-09-12 08:31 hits:
After curing with UV oil and UV ink, a hard film is formed. If the film is peeled off with a knife tip, it should look like a fish scale with a bright surface. If it is not solidified thoroughly, small pieces like paraffin will appear when the tool tip is peeled off.
Several methods for testing whether UV glue is completely cured or not.
1: Paper and ink layers are pressed and rubbed by hand. If the surface is solidified and the bottom is not solidified, the surface will be worn out.
2: Put the paper after polishing and printing for 24 hours. If it is cured completely, it can hardly smell any odor. If you ask about the odor of varnish or ink, it shows that there is an incomplete curing component.
3: Scratch the light surface with a pin, and then observe it with a 200-fold magnifying glass. The scratch is serrated, indicating that it has solidified.
4: Use acetone or ethanol droplets on the surface of the film. If the film dissolves quickly, it means that the film is not completely cured. On the contrary, it proves that the curing is complete.
