Reasons: 1. The oven is too densely stacked and poorly ventilated.

 

 

 

2. The local temperature of the oven is too high.

 

 

 

3. There are other color pollutants in the oven.

 

Solution: Improve ventilation. Remove stains and confirm the actual temperature in the oven.

 

 

 

Second, the problem of LED bubbles.

 

 

 

Reasons: 1. Bubble in bowl: poor dipping of stent.

 

 

 

2. scaffold bubble: curing temperature is too high, epoxy curing is too intense.

 

 

 

3. Cracking and bursting: short curing time, incomplete or uneven curing of epoxy resin. AB glue exceeds service time.

 

 

 

4. Bubble on lamp head surface: It is difficult for epoxy adhesive to defoam or the vacuum degree is insufficient for users, and the mixing time is too long.

 

 

 

Solution: Improve process or contact epoxy supplier according to service condition.

 

 

 

3. Not easy to demould.

 

 

 

Reasons: AB adhesive problem or the hardness of the adhesive does not reach curing.

 

 

 

Solution: Contact the supplier to confirm the curing temperature and time.

 

 

 

Fourth, LED yellowing.

 

 

 

Reasons: 1. Baking temperature is too high or time is too long;

 

 

 

2. The proportion of glue is not right. A glue is easy to yellow.

 

 

 

Solution: 1. A/B solidifies and demoulds within 120-140 degrees/30 minutes, and bakes over 150 degrees for a long time and is liable to yellowing.

 

 

 

2. A/B solidifies and demoulds at 120-130 degrees/30-40 minutes, and yellows when baked over 150 degrees or for a long time.

 

 

 

3. Make large lamp holders; 8. Bah; 10 o'clock, to reduce the curing temperature.

 

 

 

Fifth, LED bracket creeping glue.

 

 

 

Reasons: 1. Capillary phenomenon occurs on uneven surface of support.

 

 

 

2. AB gum contains volatile materials.

 

 

 

Solution: Please contact the supplier.

 

 

 

VI. Invalidation of Red Ink

 

 

 

Reasons: AB adhesive is incomplete in curing and poor in sealing.

 

 

 

Solution: 1. Strengthen the mixing and stirring of AB adhesive, and control the curing and aging temperature correctly, so that the curing of AB adhesive is complete.

 

 

 

Seventh, the lamp on the same row of brackets has some colour phenomenon or different gelatinization time, and the quality is uneven.

 

 

 

Reason: Insufficient stirring.

 

 

 

Solution: Stir well and evenly, especially at the corner of the container.

 

 

 

Eighth, add the same batch of the same dosage of color agent, but the product color is different.

 

 

 

Reasons: uneven concentration of chromogenic agent; or precipitation of chromogenic agent.

 

 

 

Solution: The color agent is heated and stirred evenly before use.
