The traditional direction of UV coating consumes a lot of electric energy, and the drawbacks of high temperature irradiation have been more and more manifested. The UV LED light source not only realizes low energy consumption, large size and high power, but also makes it suitable for any substrate and meets the production speed of 8-15 m/min pipeline. The application in coating field completely replaces the traditional UV lamp.

 

UV coating process and requirements:

 

 

 

1. The coating methods of UV paint are similar to those of common lacquers, such as spraying, dipping, rolling and sweeping. According to the requirement of the product, we adopt spraying method. After spraying, it is leveled naturally, heated and degassed, and then cured by UV.

 

 

 

2. Dust, humidity and residual gas will affect the quality of products in production. Dust and humidity can be generally improved to solve the working environment conditions, while residual gas needs to be solved in the process.

 

 

 

3. According to the different proportion of UV paint in leveling, degassing, different speed, temperature control to ensure quality requirements.

 

 

 

4. The film sealing paint production line consists of automatic spraying room, leveling room, degassing room and curing room. Each room is connected by a conveyor belt, and the whole process is controlled by a computer.

 

 

 

5. Spray different proportion of UV paint according to different product requirements. Control the thickness of coating, control the flow time and degassing temperature, and select the UV power and time of curing.
